This petition calls upon the United States of America to conduct hearings and serve as an example in the investigation of five critical issues:

1) Excessive Force (Illegal Weapons of Mass Destruction) Used Against Terrorists On Sept 11, 2001.

In view of the anomalies and scientific impossibilities that occurred on September 11, 2001, there must be an investigation into the US defense policies and their continued use of undisclosed Weapons of Mass Destruction in the name of “national security.” In depth research of the aftermath on 9/11 reveals traditional science cannot explain a multitude of anomalies, such as the fall of the WTC towers after the planes hit and the collapse of Building 7, where no planes hit at all. The US must conduct hearings to investigate if innocent civilians were unnecessarily killed by excessive force against terrorists who flew planes into the WTC towers, then used that event as an emotional trigger to incite a patriotic public to go to war. As President & CEO of Coco Tralla LLC, I have faxed, called and written hundreds of letters to representatives and congressmen/women, but I have not received any response regarding the questions asked at my website www.mayanprophecy.net. (The only response I received was a death threat from a doctor with FEMA—a respected doctor and member of the National Speakers Association (NSA)—who told me at a NSA function, “If you continue talking you’ll be dead, and I will be the one to have trained that person.” He then proceeded to tell me the method “they” would use is an ancient art called Dim Mak. Using Dim Mak would make the death untraceable and look as if it were dying by “natural causes.” He told me Dim Mak is a procedure currently being used by the military industrial complex to seamlessly kill people without a trace because forensics cannot identify it.) Since forensics cannot detect this method and classifies the death as being "natural cause" maybe we should investigate coincidences in the past, where certain Senators and Representatives have died to make Congress a "Republic" or "Democratic" house.

2) High Ranking Officials Participating In International Pedophile Network Ring (International Sex Slave Trade).

After extensive research for Book Two ("Energy Grid," a novel that hasn’t even been written yet) of a seven book series, I have discovered documented proof that high ranking officials are participating in an international pedophile network ring. Numerous people have presented evidence and testimony to the US government, yet no one has investigated enough to convict the criminals and identify everyone involved. In the Mark Phillips video, he cites thousands of copies of the book “Trance Formation of America” were given to individuals in the Congress and Senate, yet I’ve not heard of any hearings for justice in the mainstream media. Hearings with testimonials from Ted Gunderson (http://educate-yourself.org/tg/childprotectionspeech13mar04.shtml ), Cathy O’Brien and Mark Phillips and other witnesses who know about the covert pedophile network should lead to the prosecution of those involved, even if they are high ranking officials, because that’s the only way to prevent it from happening around the world. In Book One ("Light Vision, the New International Version," was released in 2006 with the remaining six books to be published yearly thereafter) of a seven book series, I explain how to overcome mind control and hypnotic trance in a fictional novel format, and my heroine breaks out of the “sex slave” trance used to control her life. My intent with this book is to enable those who are mind controlled to be free to come forward with testimony not only about satanic rituals and sex slave programming, but also about the underground that exists beneath the surface of the Earth because it isn’t just a layer of antiquity. 3) Concentration Camps Or “Debtor’s Camps” Being Concealed in Deep Underground Military Bases.

Search on the internet ‘deep underground military bases’ (DUMB) and over a million records appear, then search on ‘concentration camps deep underground military bases’ and retrieve over a half a million records. (Google statistics, January 2007) Retired government employees and classified personnel have provided written documentation and video recordings of concentration camps being built by the USA, and people worldwide need to know the truth. The article Rights and Liberties: American Prison Camps are on their Way (http://www.alternet.org/rights/42458/ ) states, “Kellogg Brown & Root, a subsidiary of Halliburton, is constructing a huge facility at an undisclosed location to hold tens of thousands of undesirables.” The public needs to know why camps have been built without people worldwide being informed, and if concentration camps deep below military bases are being kept hidden from the general public, we have the right to know why. In view of the civil liberties and freedoms lost in the name of “national security” and the “war on terrorism” subsequent to 9/11/01, concentration camps for individuals or corporations in debt must be exposed and identified, and the funding accounted for—have tax payer dollars been used to create “debtor’s camps” for individuals and corporations who owe money?

4) Worldwide “Natural” Disasters (Weather Warfare) Being Orchestrated To Control Populations and Global Markets. (Disasters Created By Misuse Of New Energy Source)

In my press releases titled "Manmade or Natural? 13 Clear Signs of Unnatural Disasters" (http://www.prweb.com/releases/2006/7/prweb409432.htm) and "Energy Grid -- A War Game?" (http://www.prweb.com/releases/2006/7/prweb416836.htm), I provide sources that prove the reality of “natural” disasters being used to globally dominate world markets and populations through extreme temperatures, hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis and other forces of nature. There must be an investigation of weather warfare being used in the military industrial complex because the entire planet is in grave danger of being destroyed. Since the misuse of this energy exacerbates global warming, it’s imperative these technologies immediately be revealed and outlawed because this warfare has the power to “split the world in two” (Tesla) and destroy all life on this planet. (If used correctly, this new science makes oil and gas obsolete, and provides people worldwide with a nonpolluting, “free” energy.) There must be accountability in the continued suppression of this new science and weather controlling technologies, especially since the legendary inventors Schauberger and Tesla have never been recognized for their contributions to the US arsenal of high tech weapons. (Tesla invented the “earthquake” machine, while Schauberger designed technology that could be turned into a “hurricane” machine with his discovery of vortex technology.) Since these inventors have never been recognized, yet their inventions were taken by the US military industrial complex immediately prior to each of them dying, why haven’t these revolutionary discoveries been announced to the world? If this technology is being suppressed, then we must question whether hurricanes have ever affected an entire state and its voters on or prior to the election days of the past. And finally, the extension of the sonar program, which destroys our sea creatures through the use of extreme sound in our oceans, must be questioned because this technology involves manipulating the energy grid. 5) Reverse Engineered UFO Technologies Being Suppressed Because They Are Designed To Destroy Benevolent ET Presence. (Includes Misuse And Intentional Hiding Of New, Clean "Free" Energy Source)

The forward in Colonel Corso’s book "The Day After Roswell" explains the dangerous game of reverse engineering technology for covert military purposes. An investigative hearing must be conducted to expose not only the truth about the Extraterrestrial presence, but also the life threatening weaponry that misuses a technology that was “harvested” and reverse engineered from crashed UFOs and imprisoned ETs—a technology that the benevolent ET presence uses correctly for propulsion because it benefits nature and humankind, not destroys it. In Dan Burish’s testimony, he describes a time traveler (during his involvement in deep US Black Operations and the Looking Glass technology) who entered our atmosphere through a wormhole or Stargate. (Stargates, located in specific ancient sites around the globe, enable ETs to time travel through wormholes to Earth – this is a natural process for them. However, it is an unnatural, artificial endeavor for the US government or military industrial complex because technologies that affect Earth’s timeline threaten our entire existence. In his interview, Burish explains the Looking Glass technology being developed from information found in ancient cylinders that explained how to access Stargates and therefore time travel. In view of the dangers associated with this technology, we must investigate whether the military industrial complex used this technology and changed the natural sequence of events in our world today.) In Burish’s testimony, he recalls two timelines being identified by the time traveler: Timeline One or the path Earth was currently on would lead us down a disastrous path of self destruct, while Timeline Two seemed unclear to Burish. However, if the time traveler traveled on Timeline Two and came from thousands of years into our future, then wouldn’t Timeline Two be the one that “saved” Earth? Governments who have tampered with the Earth’s timeline, the Stargates of Earth and any other reverse engineered UFO technologies being used against a benevolent ET presence, especially any “hoaxed ET abduction programs” fabricated and kept secret by the US in the “interest of national security,” must be prosecuted and brought to justice.
