We the undersigned, encourage the Game Show Network to seek the rights to air the classic 1980s and 1990s game show Scrabble, based on the classic crossword board game, which ran from 1984 to 1990, and again in 1993. While many other great classics have made it to GSN (Press Your Luck, $100,000 Pyramid, Family Feud, Match Game), we are a little disappointed that Scrabble is not among them. It is also amazing to see so many Chuck Woolery shows being aired on GSN including Lingo, Greed, and Love Connections, unfortunately Scrabble is not included in that list. We hope you would consider our request, that this classic game show be brought back to life, so that those of us who saw it when it was on NBC may enjoy it again, and that the next generation of game show viewers may see our favorite board game as a game show, and enjoy it just as we do.
