This is a petition to make a Nickelodeon based TV channel that exclusively features hit shows of the 90's. Shows such as the original 'Rugrats' and 'All That', as well as 'The Secret World of Alex Mac', and 'Clarissa Explains it All' that many of us grew up on would be readily available. Because ratings are obviously a problem, Nickelodeon would be assured that many or all of the undersigned would be regular viewers of the aforementioned channel.
