The United States Statutory Rape Law should be changed to "If the age difference of the two parties is greater than six years and either party is under the age of 12 and both parties consent, then if the previous requirements are not met then, the younger party or the younger parties parents may claim rape against the older party then the older party will be tried in a court of law by a jury of their peers," then it should be counted as statutory rape.
