A Petition for the Sovereignty of the Second Amendment in the Constitution of the United States of America
Whereas:
1. The Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution guarantees that every American shall be granted the right of A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.,
2. Arms as stated in the Second Amendment of the U.S Constitution includes all Arms, including those with the designation of Assault Weapon, Military, and Tactical, not merely defined as hunting and sporting ,
3. We demand as Americans that the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution be upheld and rights therein shall not be infringed!
