CANTV Servicios debe cumplir su oferta de servicio de Banda Ancha

Desde hace algún tiempo, los servicios de medición de velocidad en Internet reportan velocidades cercanas a los 70 Kbps, lo cual es evidentemente menor a la velocidad ofrecida de 256 Kbps (para planes de 256/128), sin embargo, CANTV continúa cobrando la misma cantidad de dinero y ofertando el servicio bajo falsa promesa a potenciales nuevos clientes.

CANTV Servicios debe cumplir con la oferta hecha a sus clientes actuales y brindar conexión a Internet por Banda Ancha a las velocidades ofrecidas en los respectivos contratos.
