Abolish reservation system based on caste

This is a petition to the Chief justice of india and the president of india to Abolish this CRUEL Reservation system. Reservation in education system on the basis of caste, creed and religion is definitely a BANE to the society. Initially the reservations were meant to be continued only for 10yrs from the date of promlugation. But now it's 62 yrs still on the rise. Ironically , now after 62 yrs of independence, the people who are feeling downtrodden is the much more eligible students from the upper castes.Its a shame for the society when specially the eligibility to study is NOT based on the Merit. Not only this, in every field of the public sector (including politics and public employment) . Why??? Those who made use of reservation system for higher studies should be barred from contesting for reservation in public employment. And if the individuals father or mother or both used the reservation system for their studies and/or employment, their children must be barred from any kind of reservation opportunity. Neither studies nor employment. Thats when this reservation system will come to an end. Finally, the criteria to claim reservation should be economical backwardness not any caste or creed. On 27th June, 1961 while addressing the Chief Ministers Pundit Jawaharlal nehru (1st prime minister of India) stated:
“I dislike any kind of reservations. If we go in for any kind of reservations on communal and caste basis, we will swamp the bright and able people and remain the second rate or third rate. The moment we encourage the second rate, we are lost. This way lies not only folly, but also disaster.”

His statements really seemed very true. A BC/ OBC/SC/ ST student getting negative marks (below 0) gets admission (free seat) for 4 year engineering course. Where as an upper caste (OC) student getting 60 - 70% marks cant even make it to atleast a third grade collage . He should secure atleast 95% marks to get a free seat in the general quota.The preamble of constitution of india mentions the RIGHT to Equality as one of the Fundamental Rights granted to people of India. Reservation system is nothing but to abuse this right. Constitutionally a literal ABUSE of this right, but still legally correct. Throw this evil out of the society all together . Merit And Efficiency Are In Danger. Put an end to this discrimination. Save the talent. Save India.
