We the undersigned demand the United Nations to adopt the following deceleration:

Universal Declaration Against the Epidemic of Marriage

On June 28, 2008 the people of the earth launched the Universal Declaration Against the Epidemic of Marriage and asked the United Nations to adopt/Add the full text of which appears in the following pages.

Following this historic act the www.againstmarriage.org website was created and called upon all nations of the world to sign the petition that will be sent to the UN to publicize the text of the Declaration and "to cause it to be disseminated, displayed, read and expounded principally in schools and other educational institutions, without distinction based on the political status of countries or territories."

PREAMBLE

Whereas marriage is the institution of women slavery since the beginning of civilization.

Whereas the promoting of marriage have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people,

Whereas it is essential, if man and woman are not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that rights of protection against the epidemic of marriage should be protected by the rule of law,

Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between humans without the slavery of marriage,
Whereas marriage destroys the life of millions of innocent children every day,

Whereas marriage affect the health of human,

Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have in the Charter reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,

Whereas Member States have pledged themselves to achieve, in co-operation with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms,

Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the greatest importance for the full realization of this pledge,

Now, Therefore THE People Of The Earth proclaims THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION AGAINST THE EPIDEMIC OF MARRIAGE as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for human dignity and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States of the UN themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.

Article 1.
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. No man should own a women and no women should own a man.

Article 2.
Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Universal Declaration, without distinction of any kind.

Article 3.
Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person without being exposed to the danger of marriage.

Article 4.
No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms, including but not limiting all forms of religious or secular marriage.

Article 5.
(1)All human beings have the right to get married after the state insure they know the real danger behind marriage.

Article 6.
(1) All humans of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to live together and to found a family without marriage.
(2) The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.
