The demands of this petition will negatively affect the life of East Cambridge residents, overload the infrastructure of the neighborhood, significantly increase noise pollution and open the door for other developer to seek significant increase floor area ratio.

2. I support the current zoning and East Cambridge Area Planing Study as the rules and guideline for development in East Cambridge.
