Removal of Director Roger Stevens

TO: The Australian Shepherd Club of America (ASCA) Board of Directors

We, the undersigned members in good standing of the Australian Shepherd Club of America, Inc., by our signature vote for the removal of Director Roger Stevens for his suspsension from ASCA, effective Dec. 10, 2008.
Per the ASCA by laws, a director / board member must be an active adult member of ASCA in good standing. The Dec. 10, 2008 suspension renders Rogers Stevens "unqualifed" to carry out his term.
