DISATISFIED WEB TV CONSUMER PETITION

We, the undersigned petitioners and WebTV customers do hereby give notice that we are more than dissatisfied with the service WebTV provides, the unsatisfactory WebTV technical support and the numerous and varied problems we encounter with our WebTV units before and after the upgrade.
We feel that we pay more than enough money for WebTV and should be able to enjoy the internet without the frustrations caused by the problems that exist with our WebTV units. Calling Web TV to voice our concerns does little or no good to resolve the numerous problems. The personel that are supposed to help us resolve the various problems often seem incompetent and to be frank, "useless" to resolve our needs and concerns.
We have suffered the numerous problems since the upgrade, from E Mail problems, power off problems, signature box problems, very slow loading problems, disappearing address books and much much more as we are sure you are well aware of because of the daily calls to WebTV technical support from frustrated customers.
We, the paying consumers of WebTV are beyond frustration of your WebTV's service and do hereby give notice that we are not going to take it anymore. We the undersigned petitoners who are WebTV customers are hereby demanding, better service, reasonable tech support operators, and accountablity from WebTV corporate as to these problems, so we as paying consumers can enjoy our WebTV without the hassles and aggravations that we now have to contend with.
This is what we as WebTV customers pay good money for each month, to enjoy Web TV, and not be frustrated with poor service and terrible WebTV technical support. We the undersigned Web TV customers are now demanding better service and the respect all customers deserve. We will no longer tolerate the pat answers we receive about the problems from your Tech Support which has to be condoned by corporate. We are tired of being put off and told it is our phone lines, our bod rate or have a line sweep or take the unit to a friend's house or the various other excuses we are given and useless operations we are told to do such as shut off the box, unplug it from the wall, wait 5 minutes and click moved. It does nothing and we now know this.
We are a community and we do talk back and forth to one another and this is how we have come to this conclusion that there is no concern for us as consumers by corporate WebTV. We pay a monthly bill for -- service and enjoyment and as Web TV customers, this is what we are demanding and we will not settle for less.
We hereby are giving notice that if you want to stay competitive in this market you must give the consumer the service and respect they deserve or fall by the wayside to companies that are offering better service and more for the same money. There is a growing disatisfaction which is going to lead to the downfall of WebTV. A mass exodus of customers could be in the making if these matters stated above are not promptly attended to.
We the undersigned, disatisfied Web TV consumers, demand and expect the above and will not tolerate any less than what is stated above! We are sick of being treated second rate by Web TV and demand immediate action on the above issues and will not settle for anything less!
