Ban all non recyclable plastics

To:  Federal Government of Canada

We want the Federal Government of Canada to disallow all non recyclable plastics. Only a small amount of plastics in use today can actually be recycled. All others are treated like garbage, and thrown out. If all the plastics used were recyclable, then we could reuse them, instead of throwing more then half of them out.
