Currently, Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) offers discount tickets to high school students through their schools, and to corporate workers through CommuterCheck.com. We find it unfair that there isn't a comparable program for Bay Area college students who need help with their transportation just as much, if not more than corporate commuters and high school students. This petition is asking the BART Board of Directors to help out Bay Area college students who ride BART by enacting a discount for us as well.

By signing this petition you are certifying that you are currently enrolled as a student in a California institute of higher learning, and that you:

A.) Are currently riding BART to/from school and would like a student discount

or

B.) Would ride BART to/from school if a student discount were offered
