Steroid / accused users should be allowed into the Baseball HOF

I propose that Steroid users / accused users in Baseball should be allowed into the Baseball Hall of Fame. Clearly with the voting of Mark Mcgwire, they are staying away from voting in accused players. Steroids do not help hitting the baseball and there are many arguments that can be made for why steroids are not the big boosts that everyone claims they are.

Please sign my petition if you would like to see steroid players be given a fair shot at the Hall of Fame.

(Note, this is for a speech in a college class, not an actual true petition that will seek more action.)
