Lifetime Achievement Award for Bobby Darin

We are signing this petition to the Lifetime Achievement Awards Committee to nominate Bobby Darin for his outstanding work in the entertainment field. Bobby has been overlooked far too long by the Committee. He was an outstanding singer. He was an academy award nominee for Captain Newman, MD. He is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame. He was the youngest person to have his own television series. He recorded more than 300 songs. He won several gold records. His number one song MACK THE KNIFE sold millions of copies around the world. We will never forget his DREAMLOVER and 18 YELLOW ROSES. His incredible rendition of BEYOND THE SEA can never be duplicated. Kevin Spacey recently made a movie about Bobby's life entitled BEYOND THE SEA in an attempt to bring him back into the limelight.

Bobby deserves this award. He did more in his 37 years, 7 months and 6 days on this planet than anyone else I know.
