Battlefield Bad Company Boycott |
To: Electronic Arts Inc.We, the undersigned, are appalled by Electronic Arts Inc's decision to publish Battlefield: Bad Company while fully aware of the fact that the mentioned game locks certain items on the disc which should have been available to every user from the beginning. These items can be unlocked only by buying the "downloadable content" (weapons, etc) for certain amount of money.
We find this unjust and a mockery. We feel that we pay our do to EA & DICE.
We feel that $59.99 ($65 when tax is applied) should be enough to receive a full working game.
For this reason, we refuse to purchase Battlefield: Bad Company as long as EA remains true to their original plan for "DLC".
Let this be a lesson to all companies who think that they can do what ever they like.
Sincerely,
