Close Bell Street Multi Storey Car Park to 'Boy Racers'

In support of residents in Stourbridge, West Midlands England who are constantly disturbed and kept awake by Boy racers using the Bell Street Multi Storey Car Park:

We the undersigned would ask that Dudley council would…

1) recognise there is a serious problem
2) Offer an appropriate solution to the said problem
3) Initiate something that will solve the problem

… in regards to the ‘boy racers’ with the associated noise and anti social behaviour during the hours of 10pm and 4am in and around The Bell Street Multi Storey car park in Stourbridge.

The noise nuisance to the residents in and around the area is disruptive to reasonable living conditions.

The health and safety issues raised by the speed and activity of these racers both around the multi storey and the ring road itself, along with the reported stone throwing and urinating from the multi storey car park all combine to make the issue no longer tolerable.

Stourbridge Police have endeavoured to do all they can to address the situation but as the car park is under local authority jurisdiction we respectfully ask that this matter is given your utmost and immediate attention.

We would suggest council officials take the time between the said hours of 10pm and 4am over a 7 day period to see the magnitude of this problem and the ongoing distress it is causing to local residents.
