British Telecom actually provides a very horrible quality of service, with lot of disruption. When you need to contact them for getting your problem fixed, you'll be forwarded from a team to another one for hours, charged of course, even if it's obvious BT mistake.
The petition is claiming for:
• One single and responsible contact in BT when you get an issue
• Refund of all charges when it's a BT mistake
• For all duration of disruption, BT to refund customer of his monthly charge
• Engagement from BT to solve issues in less than 72 hours.
Please sign this petition to help showing BT their service is far from being acceptable, and need to be improved.
