The proportions of Barbie are unrealistic and instil poor body image in children
Barbie creates a beauty ideal that is unobtainable
Barbie promotes racial hierarchy where white is the ideal
The production of the "Happy to be me" doll was ceased because Mattel has a stronghold on distribution

THEREFORE, your petitioners request you to make a more realistic and natural looking Barbie to help young people develop realistic body images. This Barbie should include:
Larger body part proportions, especially in the waist
Flatter feet not intended for high heels
Less makeup
Be available in various ethnicities
