Ben

Ben was a beautiful 2 years old male dog. On February 17 his family got into a serious car accident. Ben was in the car; he panicked and ran away.

Ben was declared lost immediately to the local police stations, the local vets, the local ambulances, and all the possible internet sites.

The next morning Ben was found by a local police patrol and was shot down by one bullet in his throat just because he was running, scared and alone on a field without a leash.

Ben did not know what happened to him. Ben did not have an inch of aggressiveness in him. Ben loved everyone and everything and just wanted to find his family back.

Unfortunately the police did not give him a chance to show he was totally harmless. Unfortunately it is too late for him and Ben died alone on a field on a cold Monday morning; not knowing why suddenly someone he did not know aimed at his throat and shot him down.

This petition has the purpose to avoid similar cases. This petition aims to give a purpose to Bens death.

This petition requires a new law to be put in place to protect all poor scared lost animals who belong to a loving family and give them a chance to go back to their home.
This petition requires a new law requesting that all police patrols should be obliged to be equipped with tranquilizer guns at all times during their shift.

Please help me avoiding similar massacres in the future.
Together lets stop this madness and make it change.
Together lets try to give a heart to this planet we call earth.
