Overrule Blagojevich's Impeachment

To:  Illinois Senate/Illinois congress

This is a petition to the Illinois senate and congress to over turn the Rod R. Blagojevich impeachment and to disband the trial and any further proceeding then and there of and that they FULLY admit his constitutional rights as a citizen have been violated and that the evidence is inadmissible in the afore mentioned as it was obtained ILLEGALLY ((without)) a court order or search warrant and that Governor Blagojevich has been FULLY DENIED the right of DUE PROCESS ((something the government has to grant EVERY citizen be they a state or public official or private citizen.

Further be it written that the people who reside in the state of Illinois are aware of the innocence of our Governor and wish that he be FULLY exonerated and allowed to do the job we've elected him to do then and there for and that he be allowed to carry on his work as such entirely unhindered.


This petition is open to all races,backgrounds,nationalities and parties be they Democrat or Republican.

Please if not for the sake of Illinois do it for the sake of Democracy as a whole.
