There are many issues to this case. Its circumstances are linked to what began the expose’ of the Harris County Crime Lab. Issues documented in the site are as follows:

Judicial Misconduct
Ineffective Assistance of Counsel
Witness Tampering
Non-credible Witnesses
Impeachable Testimonies
The Accused--
Erroneous Indictment names him the shooter then;
Found guilty of capital murder, after
the shooter found not guilty of capital murder
Serving a much greater sentence than actual shooter

The state of Texas refuses to acknowledge that persons can exhaust “full process” of the law and be innocent of the crime convicted. We know it does and can start with the investigating officers and remain consistent through the appeals lawyer; surpassing established governing bodies designed to protect and serve consumer rights.
