We, the Undersigned, your most loyal fans and boxing fans all over the world, respectfully come to both of you, that even though we are fully aware that you honorable Floyd Mayweather Jr. have your own reasons for asking for the non-mandated blood tests and that you honorable Manny Pacquaio have your own personal reasons for not accepting these non-mandated blood tests demanded of you and because we are also aware that the Boxing Commission has yet to mandate any of these blood tests and thus we have this impasse.

We, fans of yours and boxing fans first and first most, know that you the honorable Manny Pacquiao have the prerogative to not take part on any of these additional tests and we have respected both yours and Floyd Mayweathers wishes and demands as much as we can, but today we now plead first to you Floyd Mayweather Jr. to finally accept any reasonable counter offer made by Manny Pacquiao and to stop any additional demands on your part and to you Manny Pacquiao to please meet the demands of Floyd Mayweather Jr. and so that we can see for our own eyes who will be the better fighter and the number one pound of pound boxer in the world today, now and not later and so that there will be no doubt what so ever.

We also do not wish for any of you to fight any other fighter until you do come to a compromise on this matter and please do so quickly.
