Immediate Help Required to Reduce Black on White Sexual Assult Rates

Please note that this is not a racist petition.

According to United States Department of Justice statistical figures, approximately 34460 white women each year fail victim to black-on-white interracial rape within the US borders. The actual figure is assumed to be almost twice larger. Any sane, moral human being is well aware of incurable and destructive effects of sexual harassment on a woman's mind and soul, not to mention the physical harm delivered to her body by the violator.
We, therefore all citizens of the so-called Global Village, beseechingly ask for immediate legislative and law-enforcement aid to save thousands of innocent victims and many other lives from being effected by undesirable effects of such harassing acts.
