Give Bol Kong a visa

Bol Kong is a refuge from Sudan, a country that is listed by the United States as a state sponsor of terrorism. He is now 20 and has lived in Canada since the age of 7 but retains his Sudanese citizenship. He has been denied a visa to study in the United States three times.


This petition holds that Bol Kong should be granted a visa. In addition it insists that the policies and procedures that lead to his applications being denied should be changed so that others who are similarly situated will be given a chance to study in the United States.
