Keep USPS Bulk Mail Facility in Winchester, VA

To:  US Postmaster General

We, the undersigned citizens and business owners, do hereby petition the United States Postmaster General to cease plans to relocate the bulk mail facility from Winchester, VA to Dulles, VA, and to relocate more costly and less efficient bulk mail facilities to the Winchester, VA location.

Numerous studies have shown the cost of operating a business is far less in the Winchester area than Dulles. Therefore the obvious cost savings measure for the USPS is to relocate and consolidate bulk mail facilities in the Winchester area. After careful study, numerous other federal agencies have come to this conclusion and it makes sense that the USPS would do the same.
