Concern at extraordinary service charge increases at Chelsea Bridge Wharf


We, the residents of Chelsea Bridge Wharf, note that service charges have increased approximately 30% in 2009/10 as compared to 2008/9.

It is unclear to us what justification there could be for such an increase at a time when inflation is close to zero.

We ask Berkeley Homes, and its contractors, to provide us with a full explanation of this increase and to assure us that there will be no above inflation increases next year.
