ATTENTION: Director and Producer of show “Comedy Circus 20- 20”on SONY TV

I refer to the article written by Ms Rachana Trivedi below.( http://www.india-forums.com/tellybuzz/article.asp?id=4508#comments) and the 20-20 episode that is to be telecasted on 25 April 09.

India is a land of saints, its country where even a snake is treated as God. Has this country of saints forgotten to venerate the saints? Can we live without them? Wouldn’t we be drowned in the materialistic world? Do we know how to get out of the snares we have ourselves woven around us? A very simple answer is NO. It calls for a Guru like Sant Shri Asamraji Bapu to pull us out. A Guru who has realized God, who has total control over his senses, who is a repository of knowledge, is only capable of leading us on the Path to God. Slaves of there own whims, running madly after the vagaries of their mind can not help. And what are we doing; instead of venerating him, we are casting aspersions, assaulting his divine work. Bapuji has help lacs of people and is tirelessly going around the country to help people.

Comedy is meant to entertain people and not hurt religious sentiments. It pains me to see some comedian mock Bapuji. Is it that we will never recognize these saints during their life time? From times immemorial we have seen that whenever a saint comes to uplift the society also come the negative elements. May be you can say that the God only incarnates himself in the form of these saints to ward off those negative elements and works for the betterment of the downtrodden, the wretched people, people who have forgotten their own glory, who have forgotten that they are the masters and have been enslaved by Maya, people trampled under the burden of miseries. No matter how hard these enlightened souls work for our betterment, notwithstanding the innumerable pains they have to bear, we ordinary mortals keep criticizing them. Very to sorry to say, Media is playing a great role in this.

Do the comedians have the guts to make fun of any goons or guts to make fun of Priest or any Mullah? Then why do they target Hindu saints?
Bapuji was choosen the SUPREME President of all saints by more then 150 hindu saints all over India on Jan 29th. So, this is the mockery of hinduism, hindu leaders. Bapuji is rendering great seva to the nation and what are we giving him back. Well, we are no one to give him anything, but at least we can respect him, be a part of his divine work. Request all the people around, STOP CASTING ASPERSION on him, if you have got no respect for him, at least do not sling mud.
I hope you take note of the above and stop the telecast of this part of the show.
