To:  Governor Tom Vilsack and the Legislature of the State of Iowa

We believe the time has come for Iowa to make Concealed-Weapon Carry-Permit law "shall-issue" statewide.

Iowa should join the thirty-one other States that have enacted this important safety measure. Violent crime rates have fallen the fastest in areas where concealed weapons permits are the most easily obtained. The people of the Great State of Iowa deserve to have the highest level of protection from crime possible. Reform Concealed-Weapon Carry-Permit law now.
