1. I am a Property Owner in Baltimore City
2. I support the rezoning as requested in 709-08 as submitted by Laura Randall to rezone the 3040 O'Donnell St. Baltimore, MD 21224 located on Canton Square to use the first floor as a neighborhood children's clothing store. I also support the rezoninig of the 3040 O'Donnell St. Baltimore, MD 21224 for a mixed use project of residential and commercial use.
