SAN FRANCISCO, Aug 17 (OneWorld) - Twenty-one former generals and high ranking national security officials have called on United States President George W. Bush to reverse course and embrace a new area of negotiation with Iran, Iraq, and North Korea. In a letter released Thursday, the group told reporters Bush's 'hard line' policies have undermined national security and made America less safe.

Of particular concern for the generals was increased saber rattling between Washington and Tehran over the development of an Iranian nuclear program.

"We call on the administration to engage immediately in direct talks with the government of Iran without preconditions to help resolve the current crisis in the Middle East and to settle differences over an Iranian nuclear program," their letter read.

"An attack on Iran would have disastrous consequences for security in the region and U.S. forces in Iraq," they argued. "It would inflame hatred and violence in the Middle East and among Muslims everywhere."

In a telephone news conference Thursday morning, the former security officials took particular aim at the Bush Administration's policy of refusing to negotiate with terrorists or with states that support them.

"That seems strange since Ronald Reagan was willing to negotiate with the Soviets even though they were the 'Evil Empire," said retired Lt. General Robert Guard, who served as special assistant to Defense Secretary Robert McNamara during the Vietnam War and now works at the non-profit Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation. "One wonders why George Bush can't negotiate with the Axis of Evil."


Present problem started after Russian invaded Afghanistan and USA, CIA, other Western countries and illegal subcontractors of Arab/Muslim countries brought Muslims from all part of World to Pakistan to fight Russians and drive them from Afghanistan.

Though Russia was not punished for killing millions, now World Muslims are paying the price. What about 10 years Iran-Iran war and who helped Saddam?
And there is daily news for everyday killing of hundreds of Muslims in Afghanistan. Iraq, Palestine and recently in Lebanon. This must be stopped through an Elected Caliph who will introduce strict Islamic laws for life for life who ever intend to kill innocent people in any part of this World.

Who gave right to Western military power and League of Nation/United Nation to give mandatory power to Britain, France and others to divide Caliphate without any mandate from World Muslims? Is it Democracy or Terrorism and State Terrorism?

There is only one alternate for permanent peace, which are:
Let all illegal subcontractors of illegal client States leave their present illegal power to a senior Supreme Court Judge for a caretaker Government under whom there must be election for a Caliph from Morocco to Kuwait/U.A.E. and Yemen to Iraq/Syria all Arab countries with the model of present election of Bangladesh.

Will scholars, illegal subcontractors of illegal client States and Western Government accept my above proposal and leave Middle East forever in peace?

Present War against Iraq did not start few years ago and it started in 1916 when 1300 years old Caliphate was destroyed through same lies and deception like present lies and deception in Palestine, Iraq and Lebanon and illegal client States were created under some subcontractors.

Why West needs to create a New Middle East now? How many times west needs to create a new Middle East? Why this game did not end in 1916 when thousand of people were also killed in Iraq through bombing from AIR and later illegal immigrants were brought to Palestine from Western World including Europe displacing millions of Palestine defying all theory of a State for the people, by the people and of the people.

So why World Muslims will be only deprived from the electing their leader i.e. Caliph, which existed for long 1300 years till the forces of Anti-Christ, destroyed it after 1916 with their power of WMD? Illegal Immigrants in Palestine who claim to be Jews can elect their leader, People of India whose majority people are Hindus with large Muslim people can elect their leader, People of China can elect their leader, People of Europe whose majority people are Christians can elect their leader including leader of European Union, People of USA whose majority people are Christians can elect their leader and than why World Muslims will be deprived from electing their leader i.e. Caliph. USA election process can be an example for Muslim World through which they can elect Governors of 55 Muslim provinces (present illegal States) and their president and vice-President i.e. Caliph and vice Caliph and members of Majlis (Parliament). They can introduce Iranian Guardian Council, which can select proper candidates for the post of Caliph, Governors of 55 States and members of Majlis so that no dishonest Muslim can be elected with Iranian example.

Why Prime Minister Tony Blair’s predecessors did not introduce democracy after it’s occupation in 1916?

And there is no Muslims media or Arab media, which speaks this truth. We cannot expect from BBC and other western medias to tell that truth.

4. Why Tony Blair’s predecessors did not introduced Democracy in Iraq and in entire region after 1916?

2. Hand over of power of illegal subcontractors of illegal Client States to neutral Judges

3. Election of a Caliph

4. Abolition of UNSC and veto powers
