Bring El Chico Back to Jackson, MS

We live in or travel to the Jackson, Mississippi metro area. We have grown up visiting El Chico Restaurants and have endured there not being an El Chico in the area since the close of El Chico on Robinson Road circa 2004.

It has been a painful five years. We miss the top shelf quesadillas. We miss the golden queso dip unmatched by any other tex-mex restaurant. Above all, we miss the decadent chicken fajita chimichanga made only like "the Boy" can make it. Jackson has become an epicurean waste land.

It is time that El Chico come back to the Jackson area. By our signatures, we implore anyone within the sound of our voice or the view of our electronic signatures to bring El Chico back to Jackson (or Clinton or Flowood or Madison or Brandon or Ridgeland), Please know that by our signatures we are committed to the operational success of any El Chico restaurant that may open here.
