The primary goal of this petition is to persuade 4Kids Entertainment, Inc. to release their newly acquired anime series, Yu-Gi-Oh, in an uncut and japanese dialog with english subtitles format. It is already a given that from the handling of PokeMon, 4Kids Entertainments' flagship anime series, Yu-Gi-Oh will only be in an edited, english language only format. As said before, this is to persuade a seperate release uncut and subtitled, alongside the english edited version as well on VHS and DVD, ala Cardcaptors/Card Captor Sakura (which is doing quite well). Or perhaps even an uncut english language version, later edited for broadcast would be a good call as well, so that an uncut, subtitled release would be possible on a bilingual DVD for video release. Please, sign this petition, so that there will be less butchered anime in America. This is a form of art, and an English edited only version of anime is like throwing a bucket of bright orange paint on the Mona Lisa.
