Stop Cita!

The BET network has failed to recognize the damage it is causing to the black community with the ignorance of its character Cita. Cita is a virtual character and the host of the television show Citas world. The community feels that Citas good ratings come ONLY from the music videos that she plays and NOT from her as an entertainer. Citas speech is both ignorant and loud and gives the term Ebonics a whole new negative light. The black community feels that her character is an abomination to the intelligent black woman. Please join us in doing your share to make a difference. If you know that you DONT talk like Cita and you find her ignorance offensive, please sign this petition and be heard.
