I wish to express my serious concerns on the proposed high-rise development on the Clonburris lands, South Lucan, off Griffeen Avenue as proposed by Shelbourne Development Ltd. I have also viewed the details of this proposed development on www.sdublicoco.ie under Planning Registration Reference No. SD09A/0149.

I am also aware that Cllr Derek Keating is helping to coordinate a community-wide response to this proposed development with his colleagues and party.
I support Cllr. Keating as Chairman of the Lucan/Clondalkin Area Committee who has requested this proposed development to be discussed in detail at the next Planning Department Meeting on Wednesday 20th May. I am also aware that I as a local resident, representatives of local Residents Associations, Community Groups etc., can attend this meeting in an observer capacity as Cllr. Keating will be leading the debate on this proposed development and will be bringing all our concerns to this meeting.
