State of Ohio residents

This is a petition to amend mandatory drug testing as a prerequisite to attaining public support such as public housing, food stamps, and medical cards. The people demand that in order for a person to be granted assistance such as this, they must complete a drug screen; and to continue assistance, they must attend mandatory random drug screens for the remainder of assistance.
