Heckle and Jeckle on DVD

This petition is to get Heckle and Jeckle cartoons released on DVD. Heckle and Jeckle’s first cartoons were theatrical cartoons – first appearing in The Talking Magpies (1946). Like many other characters from this era, they moved into television and were featured in many shows and syndication packages over the years. In fact, Heckle and Jeckle appeared in the first prime-time animated series, CBS Cartoon Theater, in 1956.

Heckle and Jeckle cartoons haven’t been seen on television in many years.
MTV is however currently developing a new series of cartoons featuring these two wisecracking birds.

We, the undersigned would like to support a DVD release of the classic Heckle and Jeckle cartoons - preferably in chronological order with the audio and video presented at the highest level of quality possible.

The home video rights for the Heckle and Jeckle series apparently aren't clear, so this petition will be sent to several likely stakeholders.
