Your valuable signature is ESSENTIAL in helping me protest and ultimately appeal the IMMORAL custody hearing decision made by Judge Francis King of Marion County, Florida Circuit Court.

My son, Devin Ball, has been in my care since birth. He has now been taken away from me and placed back into his mother's care where he is being subjected to severe drug use and sexual activity, crack addicts and family convicted sex offenders due to the decision of Judge Francis King. My parental rights have been completely violated and I am no longer able to see my son!

Judge King has recklessly decided to ignore all proof of dysfunctional and illegal activities that I submitted to her court. Devin has now been placed in harm's way and I believe him to be in immediate danger.

Please sign this petition to ensure that justice is served, her decision is revoked and Devin can come home safely where he belongs.

DEVIN BALL Case History:
In 2006, Judge Stevens of Marion County, Florida awarded me full-custody of my son, Devin Ball. He has lived with me and his sister, Rachel, in a stable and happy environment until just recently.

My life has been completely torn apart after my son, Devin Ball, was taken from me. This was the result of an out-of-wedlock custody battle that ensued between Devin's mother and I. Devin's mother is unstable, irresponsible and addicted to drugs. I feel she is completely unfit to be a mother.

After months of delays and legal maneuvers, the case was assigned to Judge Francis King. To my surprise, her attitude and decisions have demonstrated to us that she is a judge who has very little knowledge and necessary experience in family law and/or custody cases.

I have decided to express my emotional plea publicly in hopes that justice may not be undermined in our appeal to win my son back. I am asking for your support in helping my family to get Devin back home!
