Diesel Fuel Choice

To:  U.S.Congress

This petition is to allow the public to choose the diesel fuel that they will use in the United States.

To check the EPA regulations to see if the standards are too strict for the industry.

To allow a waver for the refineries in the United States to produce the high sulfur diesel fuel along with the low sulfur diesel fuel, and to sell both diesel fuels to the public. In essence allowing the public demand to control the market.
