Raise the driving age to 19

To:  UK Parliment

We need the driving age to be raised to 19 as this will save thousands of lives! At 19, teenages are much more mature and responsible and have much more experiance and therefore will be much less likely to fold under peer pressure or cause accident and death. We need a change and we need to save lives!
