Request for Online Election Voting

Electronic Voting System:

Problem Statement:
1. Many people especially in the IT and Professional sector may be working in cities other than their natives and may not be having their vote listed in the city where they are working
2. If one day off (leave) is provided to every company on the election day , its a huge loss of money and time
3. Even if off (leave) is given, its hard to travel to native spending lot of time and money to make our vote

Impacts:
Lakhs and crores of citizen (responsible citizens) lose their votes and miss the oppurtunity to select their candidate in election

Advantages :
1. Just logging-in to the site online (just sitting in the cubicle) and spending few mins in the office hours would help to elect the right candidate
2. Fake votes can be avoided in large numbers

Note : Few issues like hacking can be avoided using high security systems like RSA, Verisign (instant password to mobile), etc.. can be implemented

Initiative :
Election Commission is spending too much of money for its every steps towards a successful election. Just by giving this project to an IT company this can be initiated (one time investment). Overall the profit is high through this system as giving leave for company, amount spent on voting machine (EVM), the ink etc can be avoided
