The Federal Landmark Relocation Program

We are asking the Federal Government to allocate up to 80 billion in funds to create the Federal Landmark Relocation Program, a massive and ambitious plan modeled on the FBI's Witness Protection Program.

Under FLRP, first the Statue Of Liberty, and then all of our nation's landmarks, would be dismantled and rebuilt in remote areas of suburbia. FLRP will keep our national treasures out of harm's way by hiding them in the very heart and soul of America.

Not only would we be keeping the Golden Gate Bridge, The Lincoln Memorial, the Empire State Building and others safe from the terror cells that lurk in our cities, we would also be ensuring that real Americans - the kind who raise families, drive minivans and shop at the mall - can enjoy them up close for a change.
