Dear reader, friend and fan of the Fight Night franchise,

This petition has been created with the goal of urging EA Sports to not include a button configuration in the final product. Read on to find out more...

In recent weeks, since the Fight Night Round 4 demo hit Xbox LIVE and the PlayStationŽNetwork, there has been an overwhelming excitement in the air. And now, with mere weeks to the official release of what will surely be one of the greatest titles in boxing and gaming history, there have been unfounded complaints of the exclusion of button controls.

Surely these complainers realize that a button configuration would be a step in the wrong direction (read: backwards)? That it would absolutely cripple online play. That the sweetness behind the science would be gone and punches would no longer be extensions of thumb movement, but rather monotone and dull presses and clicks.

Stop the madness!
