The Fair Oaks Ranch tower was once a landmark right along IH-10. It was torn down sometime in the 80's as it had become a structurally unsound liability. Today, you can drive by Fair Oaks Ranch on IH-10 and not even realize you passed right by this unique city. Fair Oaks needs a landmark, the Frost Bank sign doesnt cut it. This petition is signed by those who would like to see the resurrection of the Fair Oaks Ranch tower for the benefit of the community.
