We the undersigned members of the community are submitting this letter to express our OPPOSITION for the approval of the petition made by IB Development, LLC to build a WASTE TREATMENT FACILITY within the planned subdivision вThe Woodsв on Route 84 near Cox Road in Weddington.

We believe the building of this facility will pose a serious health hazard to members of the community and wildlife in the surrounding area. Additionally we are concerned of the negative impact this facility will cause on home values, quality of life and possible proliferation of like facilities throughout Union County.

We respectfully request that you reject this proposal.
