FX and Buffy the Vampire Slayer Schedule

Calling all Whedonists…

The FX Network has moved Buffy the Vampire Slayer out of it's regular time slot. It is now showing twice a week on Saturday and Sunday at 7am. That is a considerable drop of episodes played per year.

I am quite saddened about this adjustment. I own the DVDs, however I really enjoy catching it during the week. I know I am not alone.

I feel for those without the financial means to purchase the series. They rely on syndication. Like myself, there are people who use their weekends to sleep in and cannot afford a recording device. It unfortunate, but we now miss out on the show.

FX is one of my favorite networks. I appreciate them for not eliminating Buffy completely. I am grateful that they are still recognizing the fans. Thank you, FX! However, I would love if the show returned to it's old schedule.

This petition is for our voices to be heard. Please sign if you wish to have Buffy the Vampire Slayer moved back to weekday mornings.
