We, the undersigned, are concerned taxpayers of Hebron, CT. We are opposed to the implementation of an all-day Kindergarten program in FY 2010-11 and FY 2011-12 due to the current and projected economic climate in Hebron. We also believe that sufficient questions and concerns have been raised about the efficacy of an all-day Kindergarten program, which is not required by the State of Connecticut, and we believe that we cannot afford to implement this non-required program in the current economy.
