We the undersigned ask that the High Court upholds Farhan Zakarias appeal against deportation to Bangladesh on the grounds that he has been resident in the UK for the last 12 years after entering the country on a visa without a time limit.

Farhan was educated in the UK and for the last year has been an invaluable teacher at Sarah Bonnell School in Stratford, London teaching community and world languages. Farhan has exactly the sort of skills that are needed in our schools, our community and our country.
