Spring Meadow Water Issues

Please sign this petition if you are a resident and/or homeowners of Spring Meadow, a Fox & Jacobs Community, and have recieved an erroneous water bill for the month of August.

This petition will be submitted to the City Council during the Monday, September 22nd meeting @ 7pm. We ask for your attendance, if possible. We are requesting the city correct the billing and credit overages. Each member of the household can sign this petition.

"Name" and "E-mail Address" are required fields for every petition and will be included. Optional information that is requested is: the amount of your bill, number of people in residence, number of gallons used per August billing, and home address.
