Nexon must Increase their customer service, and allow players to have a say in how the game is ran in a way shape or form. We are paying customers, and nexon doesn't allow us to have any say at all. They don't even believe us when we submit inquiries, and just copy and paste an automated message before going to the next one.
As stated by my thread, they undermined all I had to say and just cast me away without investigating at all. I provided proof and asked them to look into somethings for me and they just completely ignored. This is unjust.
